Field service software for machine builders and industrial service companies. Every service job from inbox to invoice, in one system.
Live in about 4 weeks·From €50 per user·Built in Denmark
The hidden business
Every case, every technician and every change runs through one person's head and phone.
Notes from the site are rewritten at the kitchen table, days after the visit.
What is remembered on Friday gets billed. The rest is lost.
Gross margins on spare parts and consumables average about 50% of sales.

One system
One work order carries the job from the first email to the invoice. Everyone sees the same status.
Step 1 of 6
Cases from email and phone land in one inbox. Fill in the required fields and the case becomes a work order.
See work orders & checklists →Step 2 of 6
Drag work orders onto technicians and days. Pencil in a visit, then confirm it when the customer agrees.
See planning & dispatch →Step 3 of 6
The technician runs the checklist for that machine model, adds photos and notes, and gets the customer's sign-off.
No signal in the basement? The app works offline and syncs when the connection is back.
See the technician app →Step 4 of 6
Back office checks hours, parts and the checklist. Nothing is invoiced by mistake, and nothing is forgotten.
See work orders & checklists →Step 5 of 6
Hours and parts go straight from the work order to your ERP, automatically or by hand.
See reports & invoicing →Step 6 of 6
The service report is generated from the checklist, signed by the customer and sent the same day. The whole visit stays on the machine's history.
See reports & invoicing →Three seats, one system
See every open case, every technician and every site in one place. Status lives in the system, not in your phone.
See planning & dispatch →Your jobs in order, the machine's history in your pocket, and the report done before you leave the site.
See the technician app →Hours and parts that reach the invoice, and clear numbers on response time, cost and failure causes.
See reports & invoicing →What's in it
Onboarding
The horizon
Every unit, visit and part lands in one data model. That is the foundation for what comes next.
About Iterator IT
Maservo is built and operated by Iterator IT, a Danish software company in Aarhus. We started in 2016 with one mission: connecting physical products to the internet. Today we turn that technology into business value for industrial companies.
We build digital solutions where machines, data and people meet: field and engineering platforms, remote monitoring, sensor data from equipment in the field and predictive maintenance. Our customers work in areas like elevator service, district heating, waste handling, cleaning systems, agriculture and industrial equipment.
Maservo is what we get when we bring that experience together in one product for service companies. We know the field, the machines and the paperwork that follows the job.

Everyone who needs access counts as a user, in the office or in the field.
Questions
They run sales and finance. Maservo runs the service job itself: the inbox, the planner, the technician app and the report. It works alongside Business Central, so a work order becomes a sales order without retyping.
Until the planner is off sick, or someone asks how many hours went unbilled last quarter. Maservo keeps the same overview, shared by everyone and tied to every machine. Your existing sheets are imported during onboarding.
Maservo is built for service teams of all sizes, counting technicians, planners, back office and managers. If you run service jobs, you are not too small.
Maservo connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. For another ERP, the connector is built with you, using the same pattern. Each integration is €500 per month.
Not yet, and it is labelled that way. IoT-triggered work orders are on the roadmap. What you do in Maservo today builds the unit history that IoT and predictive maintenance will need.
